Job Description
Driving long-term customer outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Engineer will lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization of the Veeam Data Platform while proactively identifying churn risks and upsell opportunities.
##### Key responsibilities
Configure customer accounts and facilitate onboarding while customizing backup policies and storage
Identify migration opportunities and conduct success planning sessions to align business outcomes with product adoption
Run recovery simulations and deliver quarterly resilience reports to track and report on customer resilience posture
##### Required qualifications
5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery
Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire)
Preferred industry certifications include AWS Solutions Architect and Microsoft Azure Administrator or Solutions Architect Expert
Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps
