Job Description
To support key customers in maximizing the value of Cozeva and Vatica solutions, the full-time remote Senior Customer Success Manager will develop strategic relationships, analyze customer performance data, and drive adoption, ensuring measurable success and identifying upselling opportunities.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to understand and address their challenges and goals
Proactively analyze customer performance and health metrics to identify and address potential issues
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to evaluate customer success and satisfaction
##### Required qualifications
BA/BS in a relevant discipline; graduate degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA)
7+ years in healthcare administration or healthcare technology/SaaS, with experience in Health Plans and IPAs
Foundational knowledge in value-based care programs is critically required
Experience with Quality programs (HEDIS, STAR, QRS) and Risk Adjustment models (CMS-HCC, HHS-ACA)
Passion for learning and solving challenges in healthcare operations and technology
