Senior Economist, Global Public Policy

Conduct research and analysis on global economic trends, policies, and regulations related to the media and entertainment industry.

Utilize data and economic models to develop insights and recommendations to inform the company's public policy positions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to influence policy decisions at the local, national, and international levels.

Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments that may impact the company's operations and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and think tanks.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and hearings to advocate for policies that align with our business objectives.

Develop and deliver presentations and briefing materials to educate internal and external stakeholders on economic issues and their implications for the company.

Monitor and analyze the economic impact of policies and regulations on the company's business and provide recommendations for adjustments.

Mentor and guide junior team members in conducting economic analysis and communicating findings effectively.

Proactively identify potential areas for policy engagement and work with team members to develop strategies to address them.
