Job Description
To drive the modernization of engineering practices, the full-time remote Senior Engineer, AI Developer Tools will design and implement AI-driven developer platforms and tools, enhancing productivity and code quality across Tealium's engineering teams.
##### Key responsibilities
Design and build internal AI-driven developer tools to improve engineering velocity and code quality
Lead initiatives to refactor legacy systems and streamline architecture, reducing production incidents
Establish metrics to track the adoption and effectiveness of AI tools within the engineering organization
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in internal tooling or platform engineering
Proven success in delivering AI-powered developer tools with measurable impacts on team velocity and quality
Deep understanding of modern software development practices and environments, including languages like Java and TypeScript
Strong architecture and system design skills, with experience in evaluating AI technologies
Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across disciplines in a senior engineering capacity
