Senior Engineer SAP

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Engineer SAP to join their team. The role involves managing SAP security concepts, user administration, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Good at communications, Team leading skills and Client meetings
• Good knowledge on S4 HANA & FIORI Security concepts
• Experience in User administration & roles administration activities
• Experience with SAP role-based security concepts and their application/usage for S4 HANA
• Working on GRC ARA, BRM, ARM and EAM implementation/support projects
• Good knowledge on GRC configuration, MSMP and BRF+
• Experience/knowledge on GRC implementation & Support
• Typically, 8-10 years experience in a similar role
• Hands-on SAP experience and knowledge of security concepts related to S4HANA, HANA database, Ariba,SAP GRC Access Control/ Process control, SAP BTP
• Cross-functional understanding of the design, development, and support of these applications which are integrated with multiple other non-SAP products across the IT landscape
• Understanding of SAP security and regulatory SOX requirements
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and controls critical to the processes and standards required for successful IT project implementations and subsequent audit testing
• Ability to ensure compliance requirements are met while business and IT users have necessary access to perform their job responsibilities
• Knowledge of ever-changing digital landscape with ability to adapt and advance application infrastructure
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation
• Experience working effectively as part of an international team
• Desire and ability to work across several technologies and cross functional teams – must be a good collaborator
• Quick learner with ability to work under limited supervision and seek assistance where necessary
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours to ensure overlap with US hours
