To support the scaling of a core platform, the full-time Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will collaborate on end-to-end projects, focusing on backend systems and API design while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Collaborate on projects with a strong emphasis on backend systems, API design, and integrations

Write code across the entire stack, primarily using Ruby on Rails for the backend and Turbo/Tailwind for the frontend

Curate the codebase through architecture discussions, automated testing, and code review

##### Required qualifications

Professional experience in software development, primarily with Ruby on Rails

Preference for backend logic, data modeling, and system architecture in full-stack work
