Join a lean, high-impact team of six engineers reimagining aviation infrastructure. You will own the full product lifecycle, building high-performance backend services in Rust and cross-platform frontends in Flutter. Your work directly solves the fragmentation in airport operations, replacing legacy spreadsheets with real-time visibility for major terminals like JFK.

**What You Will Do**

• Develop and scale mission-critical backend services using Rust, gRPC, and Postgres to handle complex aviation data models.
• Build and maintain intuitive user interfaces using Flutter/Dart that empower front-line agents and engineers across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Lead independent projects from concept to release, establishing the architectural patterns and CI/CD pipelines that will scale the company.

**The ideal candidate**

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with a systems programming mindset and a passion for performance and memory safety.
• 2+ years of professional Rust development experience, or deep C/C++ expertise with a strong desire to transition into the Rust ecosystem.
• Proven track record of owning features end-to-end in early-stage environments, with proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and gRPC.
