To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations for the largest division, overseeing HR Partners, handling employee relations, and ensuring consistent HR delivery in a remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Lead and develop two HR Partners, focusing on performance management and operational quality metrics

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and documentation for senior leadership review

Coordinate with cross-functional partners to address operational challenges and escalate high-risk matters as needed

##### Required qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in employee relations and operational HR delivery

Proven experience leading and developing HR professionals while enforcing standards

Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance regulations

Experience supporting remote workforces, preferably in healthcare or related fields

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
