Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders, the full-time Senior IT Analyst - ServiceNow will gather requirements and plan initiatives related to IT Asset Management and Field Services on the ServiceNow platform, working in a hybrid environment with a preference for candidates based in Houston or Chicago.

##### Key responsibilities

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze processes and document requirements in user stories

Collaborate with developers to manage project deliverables and ensure alignment with business and technical strategies

Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members while maintaining communication with customers and team members

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field

3+ years of IT and/or business experience

Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and systems, including Asset Management and Field Service Management

Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
