Lead and manage a team of talented VFX artists to deliver high-quality visual effects for Netflix content.

Collaborate with creative teams to understand and execute their vision for VFX.

Utilize innovative and cutting-edge VFX techniques to enhance the overall viewing experience for global audiences.

Set and maintain high standards for VFX quality, ensuring that all work meets the creative and technical requirements.

Keep up-to-date with advancements in VFX technology and techniques, and implement them into the workflow.

Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Oversee the development and implementation of VFX pipelines and workflows.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including producers, directors, and other VFX departments.

Ensure that all VFX work is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.

Identify and troubleshoot any technical or creative issues that may arise during the VFX process.

Represent the VFX department in meetings and presentations to stakeholders.

Continuously evaluate and improve VFX processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and quality.

Keep track of industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques.

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the VFX team.
