We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Lead to drive partner-led growth across UK & Ireland, one of Adobe’s most strategic and mature markets in EMEA. This role is responsible for defining and executing integrated co-marketing strategies with our top ecosystem partners to accelerate pipeline, expand enterprise penetration, and reinforce Adobe’s market leadership.
This is a highly strategic, senior-level role requiring strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels across a complex partner landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute joint marketing strategies with Adobe’s top UK & I partners (including GSIs, SIs, and cloud partners) to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Own the planning and delivery of integrated partner programs, including account-based marketing, executive events, demand generation, digital campaigns, and customer advocacy initiatives.
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution for flagship partner and industry events (e.g., Adobe Summit, partner forums, executive dinners, industry conferences) in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
- Manage end-to-end partner marketing investment planning, including business case development, budget management, compliance, and performance reporting.
- Partner closely with UK & I Partner Sales, Field Marketing, Enterprise Sales, and EMEA Partner Marketing to align on GTM priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals.
- Elevate partner marketing capability through enablement, messaging frameworks, campaign toolkits, and scalable best practices.
- Act as the primary marketing counterpart in senior partner planning sessions, QBRs, and joint business reviews.
- Leverage data and insights to track ROI, optimize program performance, and inform future investment decisions.
What You Need to Succeed
Experience & Knowledge
- 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or strategic field marketing within enterprise technology (SaaS, Martech, Digital Experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience working within the UK & Ireland enterprise and partner ecosystem, including GSIs and large SI partners.
- Strong track record of delivering integrated marketing programs and events aligned to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing complex budgets and demonstrating marketing impact through data and reporting.
- Background with companies such as Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Oracle, SAP, IBM, or similar enterprise technology organisations is highly desirable.
Skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration in a matrixed global organisation.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Additional Requirements
Based in London (or commutable).
Willingness to travel across UK & Ireland and occasionally within EMEA for partner and leadership engagements.
