Lead quality projects. Build lasting client relationships. Enjoy genuine project ownership.

About the role
You will take ownership of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Our projects typically range from $5 million to $50 million across a mix of sectors. You will enjoy a varied workload, genuine project ownership and minimal travel outside Canterbury.

• Ensuring projects meet quality, health and safety, contractual and compliance requirements
• Establishing a positive project culture based on accountability, collaboration and delivery
• Keeping clients informed and addressing issues early
• Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the project lifecycle
Success in this role will not be measured solely by delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget. It will also be reflected in the relationships you build, the confidence clients place in you and their willingness to work with Armitage Williams Construction again.
