Coordinate interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and offer logistics

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or SaaS environment

Proven ability to fill roles in under 30 days

Experience with both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
