To drive revenue performance across the organization, the full-time remote Senior Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the primary analytics partner for sales leadership, focusing on pipeline analytics, pricing and contract performance, and executive reporting.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain pipelines, funnels, and forecast dashboards while analyzing sales funnel conversion and productivity metrics

Analyze pricing realization and contract performance, tracking renewal forecasting and identifying upselling opportunities

Develop executive dashboards and KPI scorecards, ensuring alignment between GTM metrics and financial reporting

##### Required qualifications

7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics

Proficiency in BI and dashboard tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with SQL preferred

Experience analyzing pipeline, funnel conversion, and customer cohorts
