Job Description
Owning the marketing web platform and organic search strategy, the full-time remote Senior SEO and Web Strategy Manager will ensure the technical health and performance of the website while driving SEO and AI search initiatives in a rapidly evolving landscape.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain the performance and reliability of the marketing website, including overseeing front-end development and CMS architecture
Lead SEO and GEO strategy, focusing on keyword optimization, on-page and off-page improvements, and AI search readiness
Ensure the integrity of web analytics and tracking systems, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders
##### Required qualifications
7+ years of experience managing a modern marketing web platform in a B2B SaaS environment, including technical SEO and front-end development
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
Expertise in web analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
Solid foundation in SEO principles, including technical SEO and keyword strategy
Familiarity with AI search dynamics and experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) on B2B websites
