Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and enhancing the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day

Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code

Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

##### Required qualifications

5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure

Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails

Demonstrable improvement in CI/CD pipeline performance metrics

Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices

Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
