Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will enhance internal and external developer productivity through optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and managing the Hireology Developer Portal, all while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Own build and deployment pipeline performance, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day

Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy to accommodate high volumes of AI-generated code

Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive documentation and integration tooling for external developers

##### Required qualifications

5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure

Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails

Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure

Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling

Familiarity with AI-native development tools, such as Claude Code, and security-aware development practices
