Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer environments, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing AI-native testing strategies in a remote setting.

##### Key responsibilities

Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day

Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code

Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

##### Required qualifications

5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure

Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails

Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure

Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices

Proficiency with AI-native development tools and a working knowledge of large language models
