Job Description
To support a mission-driven organization in healthcare technology, the fully remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying AI-enabled development tools.
##### Key responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native services
Build and evolve backend services and data models to unify disparate data sources for care teams
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring scalability and performance
##### Required qualifications
6+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer working across frontend and backend systems
Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based infrastructure
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and software delivery
Comfort with live coding exercises and systems design discussions
Experience applying secure development practices within structured SDLC environments
