Job Description
Leading the design and ownership of core infrastructure for AI experiences, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer II will build a robust AI platform, standardize developer paths, and engineer trust and safety systems while collaborating on technical strategy.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the AI platform infrastructure to support scalable AI features
Architect high-level abstractions and APIs to streamline AI development across teams
Establish monitoring and quality assurance systems to ensure safety and performance of AI-driven features
##### Required qualifications
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years working with LLMs in production
Deep experience with prompt and context engineering, understanding model behavior changes
Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and experience with LLM evaluation frameworks
Proficiency in Python and experience in data-heavy environments
Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
