Lead technical implementation for initiatives involving multiple repositories or teams

Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to shape requirements and implementation plans

##### Required qualifications

12+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant web application ownership

Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript, with experience in React-based frameworks like Next.js

Experience building and supporting backend APIs or service integrations in Java and/or Node.js

Strong unit testing discipline and familiarity with CI/CD systems and containerization

Proven track record of technical leadership without formal authority
