Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

Tata Consultancy Services is a leading global IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization. They are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to manage and work with external vendors or manufacturing suppliers, ensuring quality assurance and supplier qualification processes are effectively executed.

Responsibilities

• Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
• Experience in Supplier qualification and onboarding, managing approved supplier list
• Hands of experience on Project Management (planning, scheduling, tracking, execution etc.)
• Experience of effectively managing supplier risks
• Experience of coordination between internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Knowledge about Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), and Process Verification

Skills

• Experience of managing / working with external vendors or manufacturing suppliers
• Experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
• Experience in Supplier qualification and onboarding, managing approved supplier list
• Hands of experience on Project Management (planning, scheduling, tracking, execution etc.)
• Experience of effectively managing supplier risks
• Experience of coordination between internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Knowledge about Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), and Process Verification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly regulated industry is required
• Experience in the Medical Device industry and/or pharmaceutical industry is required
• FDA and ISO regulations knowledge is required, with FDA CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 knowledge required
• Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• Six Sigma, Lean, or Lead auditor Certification and trainings an asset
