Job Description
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive growth through integration solutions, and ensure merchants fully leverage product capabilities while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio, collaborating with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
Provide education on Cash App Pay and Afterpay features, conducting quarterly technical reviews to connect integration health with commercial performance
Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
##### Required qualifications
Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Consulting
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-relevant recommendations
