Job Description
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships to enhance merchant performance, drive growth opportunities, and ensure effective integration solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
Provide education and quarterly technical reviews to merchants, linking integration health to commercial performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical and operational solutions that improve the merchant experience
##### Required qualifications
Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
Experience with monitoring tools for proactive issue detection and portfolio health oversight
