Job Description
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant integration and performance.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify and act on growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio to enhance GPV and feature adoption
Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews connecting integration health to commercial performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the merchant experience
##### Required qualifications
Senior-level experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Prior hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for assessing and debugging integration issues
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, translating technical insights into business recommendations
