Job Description
Supporting Cash App Pay and Afterpay merchants across North America, the full-time Senior Technical Account Manager will manage post-sales technical partnerships, drive commercial outcomes, and leverage technical expertise to enhance merchant integration and performance.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify growth opportunities within the merchant portfolio and collaborate with Account Management to enhance GPV and feature adoption
Provide education and conduct quarterly technical reviews for merchants, connecting integration health to commercial performance
Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver technical solutions that improve the overall merchant experience
##### Required qualifications
Senior-level experience in account management or a client-facing technical role within payments, fintech, or e-commerce
Hands-on technical experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or software development
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues
Solid understanding of payments infrastructure, APIs, and e-commerce platforms
Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to translate technical insights into business recommendations
