Job Description
Driving product adoption and ensuring customer success, the full-time Senior Technical Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale relationships, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to align business goals with SaaS solutions in a remote setting.
##### Key responsibilities
Own post-sale customer relationships and act as the primary technical point of contact
Drive product adoption through effective onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify opportunities and risks
##### Required qualifications
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solution Consulting in a SaaS or software product company
Strong SQL skills and working experience with Python or R
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
