Server/Bartender

Arctic Wolf Ale House is hiring a confident, high-energy Server / Bartender to join our team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume bar and grill with a strong regular customer base.

This position is primarily serving, with some bar shifts and support behind the bar as needed.

Pay:

$9 Hourly base + tips

Roll averages $30–$40+ per hour with tips.

Responsibilities:

Provide full-service guest experience from start to finish

Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve drinks when needed during service

Assist behind the bar when scheduled or during busy periods

Handle POS transactions and close out tabs correctly

Maintain clean, stocked, and organized service areas

Promote daily specials and contribute to overall sales

Requirements:

Serving experience required

Bartending experience required\\\\\

Weekend and evening availability required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented

BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
