Job Description
To support customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Service Advocate III will assist State members by addressing benefit and claim inquiries, providing education on self-service tools, and resolving service-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
##### Key responsibilities
Respond to benefit and claim-related inquiries via phone and written communication
Utilize the Florida Blue Call Strategy to deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on issue resolutions
Research and adjudicate claims, ensuring compliance with contract benefit and claims processing guidelines
##### Required qualifications
0-1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education
High school diploma or GED
Ability to effectively resolve customer inquiries using problem-solving skills
Demonstrated empathy and outstanding listening skills
Willingness to work assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with potential for overtime
