Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive Service Coordinator to join our busy team. You will be the vital link between our clients and our on-the-road technicians and Key Account Managers. Using SimPRO, you will manage daily scheduling, dispatching, and job workflows to keep our operations running like clockwork.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and assist our technicians using SimPRO for reactive, maintenance and quoted jobs

Act as the first point of contact for service requests, emergency calls, and provide clients with accurate updates

Generate monthly client reports for specific sites

Create, track, and close out work orders, ensuring technician logs, materials, and compliance certificates are correctly recorded

Generate small quotes as required

Order parts and components required for specific jobs and coordinate with suppliers

Review completed jobs in SimPRO and prepare documentation for the Account Managers to ensure seamless billing

About you

Direct experience using SimPRO software for scheduling or job management is highly preferred

Previous experience working within HVAC, refrigeration, or a fast-paced trade/construction environment is a major advantage

Exceptional phone manner and written communication skills with a knack for keeping clients and tradies aligned

Ability to handle shifting priorities, urgent breakdown calls, and high-volume administration with a calm, organized approach
