Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial fitness equipment. This role blends mechanical skill, troubleshooting, documentation accuracy, and clear communication.

### Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues on commercial fitness equipment

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, accurately document work performed, parts used, and warranty status

Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards

Provide repair estimates and coordinate with dispatch or inside sales for parts and quotations

Communicate professionally and clearly outlining issues, timelines, and next steps

Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve equipment uptime and meet SLAs

### Qualifications & Experience:

Strong mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude with proficiency using hand and power tools

Experience in commercial fitness equipment or similar field service roles preferred

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively in the field

Excellent communication skills

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Comfortable with local travel and occasional overnight stays

Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required

Basic proficiency with mobile apps, CRM systems, or digital work-order platforms
