Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Strong hands on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
• Deep knowledge of Service Catalog, Record Producers, Flow Designer, Workflows, Service Portal and Scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts).
• Strong command over CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts.
• Expertise in Agent Workspace, Next Experience, and UI Builder.
• Strong understanding of ACLs, roles, platform security, and scoped apps.
• Experience designing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, or App Engine.
• Strong integration skills using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub and external APIs.
• Ability to review and optimize platform performance and data model.
• Good understanding of ITIL process

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of ServiceNow Store apps and custom application development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Upgrades & Family Release Management
• Performance Analytics (PA) & Reporting

Certifications

• CSA (mandatory)
• CIS certifications (ITSM, Discovery, HAM, SAM)

Salary Range- $90,000-$120,000 a year
