Job Description
To support a growing digital transformation practice, the full-time salaried ServiceNow Technical Architect will define, design, and govern end-to-end ServiceNow solution architectures, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions.
##### Key Responsibilities
Design and own scalable, distributed architectures across cloud and on-prem environments
Define and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture while managing implementation risks and best practices
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
##### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
8-10+ years of IT experience with a focus on solution architecture and application design
Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in architecture and solution design
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and MID Server
