Shift Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Shift Supervisor to help keep our Kirkby production facility running safely, efficiently and to a high standard. If you enjoy leading teams, staying organised and making a real impact every day, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support Line Leaders and operatives

Manage shift plans, monitor KPIs and drive performance

Ensure safety checks, procedures and standards are met

Maintain quality compliance and escalate issues promptly

Work closely with Maintenance, Logistics, Planning and Quality

Keep production running smoothly through strong coordination

What You’ll Bring

Experience supervising teams in FMCG/manufacturing/logistics

Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills

Confident using systems (SAP and MS Office desirable)

Calm, organised and proactive approach

Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
