Site Supervisor - Nelson, Tasman

Position: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, excellent leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively within our team, and a desire for career development and progression.

For the right person, there's a clear track toward becoming our Regional Partner for the Tasman region, taking full ownership of running the region, with the potential for equity in the business. Responsibilities:

Oversee painting projects from start to finish, travelling between sites in the Tasman region.

Lead and manage a team of painters

Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard

Maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter, with leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Commitment to quality and attention to detail

Pay: Negotiable, we are happy to pay good money to the right person.
