• About the Role
• We are looking for a skilled and reliable Smartphone Repair Technician to join our team.
• You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing smartphones and other mobile devices, providing a high-quality service while ensuring customers receive their devices back in excellent working condition.
• This is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in mobile phone repairs who takes pride in their workmanship and attention to detail.
• Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on smartphones and mobile devices.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones and other components.
• Carry out software troubleshooting, diagnostics and device setup.
• Test devices thoroughly after repairs to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Handle customer devices carefully and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe repair workspace.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Identify additional faults and communicate repair requirements clearly to customers or management.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of repair quality.
• Requirements
• Previous experience repairing smartphones or electronic devices.
• Good knowledge of iPhone, Samsung and other major smartphone brands.
• Experience with screen, battery, charging-port and component replacements.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to diagnose faults accurately and troubleshoot effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A reliable, professional and positive attitude.
• Desirable: Experience with micro soldering, board-level repairs or more advanced diagnostics.
