##### Required qualifications

3+ years of media buying experience with a focus on performance-driven results across social and native ad campaigns

Hands-on experience running social or native ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Taboola, and Outbrain

Proven ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance using data

Strong attention to detail and executional excellence

Ability to collaborate across functions in a remote work environment
