Job Description
Leading the evolution of Shapermint's organic social presence, the full-time remote Social Media Manager will build and execute social strategies across major platforms, focusing on trend analysis, content creation, and performance optimization to drive engagement and revenue.
##### Key responsibilities
Building and executing the organic social strategy across all major platforms
Identifying trends and developing creative concepts to increase engagement and organic growth
Tracking social KPIs and optimizing content based on performance insights
##### Required qualifications
4-6 years of experience managing social media for apparel, shapewear, beauty, or DTC lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of organic performance on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and short-form video platforms
Experience developing creative strategies that align with business goals
Comfortable working with performance metrics and attribution data
Active use of AI tools for research, ideation, and optimization
