To enhance brand presence and drive engagement, the full-time remote Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager will develop and implement organic social media strategies, oversee content creation, and manage influencer relationships.

##### Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for organic social media engagement across multiple platforms

Oversee content planning, creation, and publication aligned with brand initiatives and product launches

Manage relationships with influencers and creators, integrating activities into larger marketing campaigns

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in digital marketing or social media management

Proven ability in creating and executing social media strategies and managing influencer ecosystems

Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals related to engagement and traffic generation

Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments and external agencies

Proficiency with Office 365, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL preferred
