Social Media Marketing Manager

Develop and manage the company's overall Social Media marketing strategy, campaigns, content and programs. Create, implement, and manage all Social Media campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, lift brand awareness and consideration, and enhance reputation. Manage all reputational aspects of Social Media: Comments, complaints, compliments and responses for each when appropriate. Develops Social Media marketing roadmap including optimization of existing channels and development of new and ensure that plans are executed in conjunction with associated tactics. Identify and manage the production of thought-provoking content for distribution in blog posts, website pages, social media, infographics and more. Own the management of all Social Media campaigns. Fluency and expertise in working with Facebook, Instagram etc platforms and systems is required. Builds and maintains Social Media budget aligned with overall business objectives and reports on actual, budgeted and forecasted projections in both spend, demand and return on ad spend on regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
