To support the development of an AI observability platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer will design and implement solutions across the stack, focusing on high-performance data ingestion, inference pipelines, and customer-facing interfaces.

##### Key responsibilities

Obsess over customer problems and prioritize shipping for velocity and impact

Ship across the stack, including agent, backend, infrastructure, and frontend components

Define and implement AI-native engineering practices, ensuring agents have the necessary context and tooling

##### Required qualifications

Proficient in AI-native engineering tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode

Experience building data-intensive systems at scale with a strong understanding of distributed systems principles

Modern systems programming experience, preferably in Rust, and strong fluency in Python

Production experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and event streaming technologies (Kafka or equivalent)

Familiarity with React for frontend development to deliver functionality to end users
