To support the implementation and scaling of API integrations, the full-time Software Engineer, API Integrations will collaborate with cross-functional teams, serve as the main client contact during onboarding, and learn the VideoAmp API suite to troubleshoot integration processes, all while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

##### Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure smooth integration implementation

Act as the primary contact for clients during onboarding, escalating complex issues as needed

Document integration processes and contribute to team knowledge and efficiency

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong programming skills in languages such as Golang, Java, or Scala, along with SQL and API concepts

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and relational databases such as Postgres or Snowflake

Basic understanding of APIs and integration concepts through coursework or hands-on experience

Strong interest in technology and client-facing work, with a desire to grow into a technical account or solutions role
