Job Description
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Software Support Analyst will manage user support tickets, perform quality assurance testing, and create documentation for proprietary software while collaborating with internal teams.
##### Key responsibilities
Serve as the initial point-of-contact for support tickets and triage issues reported by users
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information and resolve software issues
Create and maintain documentation in the internal knowledge base regarding the proprietary software system
##### Required qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a software support role
Associate of Arts degree or higher preferred
Experience with CRM software preferred
Strong ability to create detailed technical documentation
Proficient in using computers, email, and digital communication tools
