Solution Architect - Snowflake Lead

As a lead, you will guide and mentor a team of architects and developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Develop Snowflake-based solutions for clients by understanding their business needs and providing technical expertise.

Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeline and budget.

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and define solution requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.

Stay updated with the latest developments in Snowflake and other relevant technologies in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Conduct training sessions for team members and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for the solutions implemented.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Work closely with project managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Communicate project progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, data analysts, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and provide recommendations.

Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of existing Snowflake solutions for clients.

Adhere to company and industry best practices, standards, and security protocols.
