Solution Architect

**Job Description:**

• Exstream Architect for OpenText Exstream platform
• As part of a larger effort, modernize and migrate in-house composition capability to Exstream OpenText product.
• The scope includes building, installing and configuring the Exstream platform to support batch, real-time, interactive letters, quotes and proposal needs for our business partners. ? This will include the migration of composition from 3rd party vendors to the in-house capability as well as the redesign of some of the templates currently supported ? Analyze customer requirements to design the solution architecture and integration for Exstream solutions.
• Lead Exstream resources and partner resources in the implementation of Exstream solutions.
• Candidate to have firsthand knowledge of platform implementation including infrastructure evaluation (cloud vs on-prem), High Availability solution architecture design, installation and configuration of Exstream platform ? Experience with architecting high availability, high volume Exstream solutions (Omni-channel delivery - on-line, mobile, print, email, etc. & Integration with various delivery mechanisms (e.g. mobile, online))
• Design solution architecture for integration projects of Exstream, including orchestration of publishing tasks and steps, optimization of logging, fault detection, error handling and channel delivery, all aligning with a client?s strategies and goals.
• Use knowledge of and experience with architecting, designing, and developing communication applications as well as consult and train clients on deployment on the Exstream product set including the following products: ? Exstream Design Manager/Designer
• Communication Builder
• OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)
• Exstream Empower
• Exstream Content Author
• Adobe eSign integration
• Communication Server/ Orchestrator
• Workshop/Supervisor
• ReTouch/StoryTeller
• OT Notifications
• Experience in integrating Exstream to CRM systems.
• Experience in integrating Exstream to Custom applications and systems is a plus.
• Conduct customer workshops in enabling the customer with Exstream product capabilities.
• Hands on experience with Exstream platform performance tuning
• Intimate knowledge of the Exstream platform system components and functions they provide
• Experience migrating workloads from other systems to Exstream platform
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team an collaborate with others
• Experience in Other CCM products such as xPression, Quadient Inspire, SmartComm, Messagepoint, Streamserve
• Expertise in AWS Cloud Platform
• Good Understanding and knowledge on Python and DevOps Concepts
