Specialist, Music Services

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Specialist, Music Services to join our team at Netflix! The successful candidate will possess an in-depth knowledge of the music industry and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with music publishers, labels, and other music rights holders. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with music publishers, labels, and other music rights holders.

Negotiate and execute music licenses and agreements.

Research industry trends related to music rights and licensing.

Monitor changes in the music industry in order to stay up to date.

Lead music clearance processes for films and TV shows.

Assist in the creation of music playlists and metadata.

Ensure accuracy of music data in our systems.

Maintain a database of music publishers and labels.

Analyze and report on music usage trends.

Work with internal teams to ensure proper usage of music.
