**Location & Flexibility**

**India Hybrid:** Noida/Bangalore

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in **Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week).** Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

**The Opportunity**

**Experience:** 5 to 7 Yrs

**Responsibilities:**

• Configure and customize core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
• Develop technical logic using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Build automated Flows and Subflows within Flow Designer to replace legacy workflows and streamline processes.
• Design Custom Actions in Flow Designer to extend platform functionality and handle unique business logic.
• Implement IntegrationHub solutions to connect ServiceNow with third-party enterprise applications and services.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations and manage API connectivity for seamless data exchange.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers to facilitate secure communication with on-premise infrastructure.
• Manage Security Rules and Restricted Caller Access (RCA) to ensure secure cross-scope application communication.
• Build Service Catalog items, including complex Record Producers and multi-step Order Guides.
• Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Promote OOTB functionality to minimize technical debt and ensure smooth platform upgrades.
