Sr Director, Frameworks and Services

As the Senior Director of Frameworks and Services at PayPal, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s engineering frameworks and services. You will need to be a highly motivated and organized leader, with a passion for driving digital and technology innovation. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in software engineering, system architecture and development, and agile methodology. You will also need to be a creative problem solver, comfortable working in a complex environment, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary focus will be on developing and optimizing frameworks and services to enhance the customer experience, while building and maintaining a team of talented engineers.
