Sr Director, GPS - Americas Tech Support

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Sr Director to lead the GPS – Americas Tech Support team at PayPal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving product and process improvement, as well as experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced leader to deliver strong results, drive innovation, and lead a team in a fast-paced and growing organization. This individual should be highly organized, resourceful, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate must have experience in customer service, product development, and process improvement. A strong background in software engineering and/or technology support is also preferred.
