Sr User Experience Researcher

Conduct in-depth user research studies to gather insights and understand user behavior.

Lead and execute research projects to identify areas for improvement and inform product design and development.

Work closely with product teams to identify research objectives and develop research plans.

Utilize a variety of research methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover user needs and preferences.

Analyze and synthesize research findings to create actionable recommendations for product improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research is integrated into the product development process.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.

Develop and maintain research protocols, tools, and processes.

Communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Mentor and guide junior researchers in conducting effective research studies.

Continuously evaluate and improve research methods and processes.

Act as a subject matter expert for UX research within the organization.

Foster a user-centric mindset throughout the company by advocating for the importance of UX research.

Effectively manage and prioritize multiple research projects and deadlines.

Represent the company at conferences and events related to UX research.
